# The Use Setup with Agentforce Permission Is Required for Enablement

For easier permissions management, the Use Setup with Agentforce permission is required to turn on Setup with Agentforce. Previously, the Customize Application permission was sufficient to enable Setup with Agentforce, and the Use Setup with Agentforce permission was required only to use the feature.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.

**When:** This change takes effect in June 2026.
