You can troubleshoot user access differences faster with enhanced comparison tools in Setup with Agentforce. Compare permissions for any two users, profiles, permission sets, or permission set groups, including object and user permissions. User-to-user comparisons also show differences in permission set groups, permission sets, public groups, and queue assignments. For two users, we support assignment comparison. For all other combinations, we support permission comparison only. The enhanced comparison capabilities provide actionable insights to reduce administrative time spent diagnosing access discrepancies.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.
When: This feature is available in August 2026.
How: In Setup, configure Setup with Agentforce. In Setup Home, start a conversation by using the prompt bar. Ask the agent to compare two users.
