Service Insights is AI-ready with over 75 calibrated questions, so Tableau Agent gives accurate, relevant answers. The questions are pre-checked against the Service Insights semantic model and aligned to supervisor, service leader, and knowledge manager personas. Override any verified question or create your own to reflect your organization's needs. Answers stay optimized and hallucinations drop, so you can roll out AI at scale with more confidence.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**Who:** To use Tableau Agent, users need the Tableau Next Standard Consumer license. To modify the business preferences, users need the Tableau Next Creator license.

**How:** Tableau Next analysts or administrators set up the Analytics Agent and mark the questions as verified. Then override any verified question or create your own to reflect your organization's needs.
