Service Insights delivers pre-packaged business preferences curated for supervisors, service leaders, and knowledge managers, so Tableau Agent understands your organization's terminology, KPI definitions, and business context out of the box. Preferences load automatically into your semantic model and inherit from the base model, and you can override them to reflect your organization's context. As a result, Tableau Agent's answers read like they come from an internal subject matter expert instead of a generic bot.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**Who:** To use Tableau Agent, users need the Tableau Next Standard Consumer license. To modify the business preferences, users need the Tableau Next Creator license.
