# View Service Insights on Connected Companion Orgs

Service Insights is now compatible with Data Cloud One. Streamline multi-org architecture by letting users of connected companion orgs access Service Insights features.

**Where:** This change applies to Service Cloud in Lightning Experience.

**Who:** To see Service Insights dashboards on companion orgs, you need the Tableau Einstein Included App Business User permission set. To set up Service Insights on companion orgs, you need the Data Cloud Architect permission set.
