Scale Center is more powerful with the general availability of Org Overview, Database Insights, and LEX Performance Insights. You can now visualize request trends for prescriptive peak-hour recommendations and pinpoint expensive SOQL queries with integrated execution plans via Plan Analyzer. You can turn on Scale Center for five Standard (non-SysAdmin) users per org.
Where: Scale Center is available at no additional cost in all major edition production and full sandbox environments. All Signature, Scale Test, and Partner Large Data Volume (LDV) orgs have access. Scale Center is now available in Government Cloud Plus.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scale, and then click Scale Center.
