Other Changes in Sales

Anticipate other changes that can impact your sales teams.

  • Accelerate Your Sales Setup from Day One
Set up and configure essential sales capabilities with a unified onboarding workflow. Automatically turn on features, connect your email domain, add sellers and assign quotas, import sales data, and connect to Slack, all in one place.
  • Salesforce to Salesforce Is Being Retired (Release Update)
Salesforce to Salesforce is being retired in Spring ’27. Salesforce has more powerful and integrated solutions that align with modern business needs. To prevent disruption when Salesforce ends support for the Salesforce to Salesforce product, make sure that you migrate your integrations to one of these recommended solutions: Partner Cloud, Data Cloud One, MuleSoft Anypoint, or MuleSoft for Flow.
  • Find Pipeline and Forecasting Help in a Dedicated Space
Pipeline Inspection, Revenue Intelligence, Sales Insights, and Salesforce Forecasting Help topics are now in the Sales Pipeline Visibility and Forecasting help bundle. The content remains the same—only the location has changed.
  • Autonomous Field Updates Apply Only to Licensed Opportunity Owners
Records will now receive automated updates from the Sales Management Agent only for the record's opportunity owner, rather than all Pipeline Management users as it has in the past. When you enable the Update Fields Autonomously setting for Pipeline Management, the agent executes field update suggestions only for records with related opportunities that are owned by users with a Sales Management Agent add-on license and the Sales Management User license. This change helps focus AI resources on priority users and supports data integrity across your org. This update is enabled automatically. No setup is required.
