# Sales Engagement

Boost productivity and handle prospects quicker with our Sales Engagement tools. Sales Engagement data is now stored directly on the Salesforce Platform.

For pricing details, contact your Salesforce account executive. Sales Dialer is also available for an extra cost as an add-on license.

- **[Sales Engagement Data Is Now Native to The Salesforce Platform](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_sales_engagement_on_core.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**  
    Sales Engagement metrics for new customers are stored natively on the Salesforce Platform. For existing customers, data migration begins in June. With this change, email engagement tracking now captures only the first and last engagement of each engagement type per email, rather than total engagement counts. The Sale Engagement Performance dashboard will be deprecated in October.

    Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement on April 1, 2026.

    Sales Engagement data is stored natively on the Salesforce Platform and is now available in new and updated reports and in the Sales Engagement Sample Dashboard. Use these assets to review more consistent engagement data and drill into trends more easily.
