# Use Call Transcripts from Gong

You can now use Gong call transcripts from with Einstein Conversation Insights and Salesforce AI. Level up with automatic summaries, a dashboard of relevant signals, and insights into customer objections, next steps, and relevant keywords. Use Gong transcripts with our out-of-the-box agents like Lead Nurturing agent, Sales Management agent, and throughout the platform.

**Where:** This change applies to Einstein Conversation Insights in Lightning Experience. Einstein Conversation Insights is available in Starter, Pro, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.

**How:** To integrate with Gong, from Salesforce Go, enter Einstein Conversation Insights under Features. If you’re not using Einstein Conversation Insights already, be sure to [set up ECI](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sales.call_coaching_setup.htm&language=en_US).

In the Connect Transcription Provider section, click **Go to Setup** for the Gong setting and follow the steps provided to install the managed package from AppExchange.

For more details about setting up Gong, see [Set Up Gong Integration](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005314247&type=1&language=en_US). You can also request to import call transcripts created before Gong was connected to Salesforce.

New transcripts from Gong are processed once each day.
