# Agentforce Engagement

Autonomously engage with and qualify potential customers with the Inbound Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing agents.

- **[Boost Prospect Conversion with Group Calendar Availability](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_group_meeting_scheduling.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Make it easier for a prospect to schedule a meeting at a time that’s convenient for them by enabling group scheduling for the Lead Nurturing and Inbound Lead Generation agent. When scheduling a meeting, prospects view all of the available time slots of Inbox users with a connected email in the selected group.
- **[Change Inbound Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing Agent Behavior Faster](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_edit_versions.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
After you set up and activate an Inbound Lead Generation or Lead Nurturing agent, you may want to make changes to it later. To edit an existing agent, you can now create a new version of the agent with the same settings or update an existing version.
- **[Continue Lead Engagement with Agent Handoff](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_lead_handoff.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Guarantee continued engagement with prospects by automating lead handoffs between the Inbound Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing sales agents. Prospects created by the Inbound Lead Generation agent who don’t schedule a meeting can automatically get assigned to the Lead Nurturing agent for a faster follow-up and to maximize conversion rates.
- **[Qualify Contacts and Person Accounts with Agentforce](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_contacts_accounts.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Seamlessly qualify Contacts and Person Accounts to build a stronger pipeline with Agentforce for Sales. This enhancement allows your agent to determine how strong of a fit a prospect is based on their conversation and how well they meet your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Qualification helps sales reps focus on high-potential deals, improving overall efficiency and conversion rates.
- **[See More Detailed and Actionable Insights on Lead Nurturing Agent Activity](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_sdr_control_ctr_enhance.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
In the redesigned Agent Control Center, sales managers can see more detail about the overall health, performance, and activity of their team's prospects and ensure they are progressing smoothly through your funnel. Track your Lead Nurturing agents’ prospect outreach and monitor how many leads, contact, or person accounts are assigned to the agent, how many have been emailed, replied, booked a meeting, and more.
- **[Exert Greater Control over Manual Review of Lead Nurturing Emails](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_sdr_rbs_configurability.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Sales teams can now exert finer control over which Lead Nurturing agent emails should have a manual review before being sent. You can choose to review all emails, only initial outreach emails, or create a custom flow to designate emails for review based on specific record criteria.
- **[Agentforce Lead Nurturing is Changing to Agentforce Engagement](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_ln_engagement_name_update.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
The Agentforce Lead Nurturing name has changed to Agentforce Engagement.
- **[Create More Flexible Engagement Agents with the New AgentForce Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_sales_agents_engagement_nga_builder.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
A new version of Agentforce Builder is now available in the Agentforce Studio app in Salesforce. In the Agentforce Builder found in Setup, the New Agent button was removed on July 13, 2026.
