# Build Your Sales Agent in the New Agentforce Builder

The Sales Agent template is available in the new Agentforce Builder, the enhanced agent-building experience in Agentforce Studio. Create your agent in the new builder to get finer control over your agent’s workflows, along with previewing and debugging tools to help you release with confidence. Agents created from the template in the legacy builder continue to work, but you can’t upgrade them to the new builder. The Sales agent’s subagents are also structured differently in the new builder.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Foundations and the Agentforce for Sales or Agentforce for an Industry add-on license, or included in Agentforce 1 Sales or an Industry Edition.

**When:** The Sales Agent template is available in the new builder in Agentforce Studio starting the week of August 17, 2026.

**How:** When you turn on Pipeline Management or Account Management after the week of August 17, 2026, an agent from the template in the new builder is created for you automatically. If you already use Pipeline Management or Account Management, turn the feature off and back on to get one. To activate the new agent, first deactivate your existing agent.

To build a Sales agent in the new builder manually, from the Agents tab of the Agentforce Studio app, click **New Agent**. Then, create an agent from the **Sales Agent** template.
