# Automate When Your Prospecting Agent Runs

Configure your prospecting agent to run automatically at a time that works for your team. Set the day, time, and how often your agent runs. Your reps get a fresh set of prospects waiting for them at the start of the day, without anyone kicking off a run manually.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Sales or Agentforce for an Industry add-on, or in Agentforce 1 Sales and Industry Editions where included. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Sales or Agentforce for an Industry add-on to access actions.

**When:** This change is available starting in mid-August.

**How:** Create a prospecting agent or edit an existing one. In the Assign Prospects page, select **Distribute equally amongst sales reps**. Then enter the maximum number of open prospects for each rep, select how often the agent runs, and the day and time of each run.
