Agentforce Prospecting

Automate prospect research with Agentforce and free up your sales reps to grow relationships and close deals. Draw on data from Salesforce accounts and reports and integrate third-party resources.

  • Create and Configure Prospecting Agents More Easily
Agentforce Prospecting now includes an improved setup experience that helps admins configure agents more efficiently in a single setup experience. Admins can specify account research criteria, define ideal prospect profiles, and preview each configuration without needing to switch to Agentforce Studio.
  • Use External Data Vendors with Prospecting Agents
Connect Prospecting Agents to your own external data vendor by replacing the standard Prospecting actions with Apex classes or autolaunched flows that preserve the expected inputs, outputs, and response JSON.
  • Automate When Your Prospecting Agent Runs
Configure your prospecting agent to run automatically at a time that works for your team. Set the day, time, and how often your agent runs. Your reps get a fresh set of prospects waiting for them at the start of the day, without anyone kicking off a run manually.
  • Prioritize Prospects with Recent Engagements
Boost contacts who interacted with your business over the past 12 months. Define the level of engagement to prioritize and review these individuals directly in your prospect list, helping sales reps kick off their day focused on high-priority prospects.
  • Select Additional Users for Prospecting
Instruct your agent to prospect on accounts owned by non-prospecting users and assign the prospects from those accounts to prospecting users.
  • View Prospecting Agent Activity
Prospecting admins and sales reps can view their prospecting agents’ activity from the Agent Activity tab on the Prospecting page. Drill into each session to see how many records the agent searched and why it qualified or disqualified each one. Previously, reps saw only the prospects an agent surfaced, without visibility into the records it searched or excluded.
