# Create On-Brand Creatives for Different Channels with Ease

Design tailored offer creatives for different channels such as email, SMS, and social media by using an intuitive designer. Customise creatives for each communication channel and output format and gain more control over your messaging by defining the intent, language, and tone. Iterate on your designs in real-time with instant preview. Create multiple creatives for the same channel to make sure your messaging resonates with varied audiences.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Real-Time Offer Management.

**How:** From the Offers tab of the Promotion and Offers app, open the offer you want to create creatives for. On Offer Treatment, click New.
