Focus your offers toward the strategic business goals you aim to achieve. Effortlessly define offer periods and extend the duration of successful offers, and organize your campaigns by assigning offers to one or multiple active offer groups. Create segments from demographic, geographic and behavioral data to precisely target your offers toward high-propensity customer groups. Design offers for specific products or categories to drive sales and optimize inventory clearance. Offers that align with a single promotion automatically inherit the eligibility criteria of the promotions.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Real-Time Offer Management and Data 360.

**How:** From the App Launcher, find and select Promotion & Offers. On the Offers tab, click Create Offer.
