# Manage Collections with the Billing Employee Assistance

Transform collections and billing operations by using Billing Collections Management, now available in the Billing Employee Assistance Agent. Identify billing insights based on payment history, disputes, and outstanding balances. Simplify account billing health summaries, and get recommendations for data-backed dunning strategies by customizing the default global prompt template.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing licenses.

**When:** Billing Collections Management for Billing Employee Assistance Agent is available starting the week of June 5, 2025.

**Who:** To use Billing Collections Management, users need the Billing Collections and Recovery Specialist permission set.
