The Consumption Agent now applies overage rates to usage data and calculates a real-time monetary amount for the overused resources, helping sales reps identify high-value opportunities. Use the information to generate a quote, which you can review and revise. You no longer need to manually convert technical units or tokens into currency.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing licenses.
