# Resolve Billing Inquiries with the Billing Service Assistance Agent

Provide the Billing Service Assistance Agent to customers, partners, and sales reps. The agent handles common billing inquiries, such as checking account balances, verifying upcoming payment dates, accessing invoice documents, and reviewing payment plans for specific invoices. Support teams can view real-time financial insights and invoice charge breakdowns, which significantly reduces billing case volume.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with Revenue Cloud Billing license. It also requires these add-ons.

- Chatbot Enabled license
- Customer 360 Audiences Corporate license
- Einstein GPT Platform
- Einstein GPT Prompt Builder
- Einstein GPT Copilot
- Agentforce Service Agent
- Agentforce Service Agent Manager
- Flex Credits Metering
