# Interact with Agents as You Work

Collaborate with and derive insights from your agents in a sidebar without leaving the page in the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app on tablet devices. Execute customer visits and simultaneously refer to your agent interaction history to stay informed.

**Where:** This feature is available in

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Einstein 1, and Agentforce 1 editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods add-on license.
- Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app (tablets only)

**How:** After setting up Agentforce in the mobile app, enable the **Agentforce Sidebar** sync setting.

Your users can then restart the mobile app and tap **Ask Agent** on the app page.
