# Refine Existing Service Replies Workflows with the Hide Post Button

You now have the choice to expose the Post button in the Service Replies component. When the Post button is hidden, your service reps place the reply into chat and modify it before sending.

**Where:** This change applies to Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Service add-on, or to the Agentforce 1 Service Edition.

**How:** In Setup, under Einstein Service Replies, enable the **Hide Post Button** toggle.
