# Accelerate Public Sector Hiring with Recruitment Collaboration in Slack

Slack-based collaboration integrates specific Salesforce records into Slack, so users can view and edit those records without leaving Slack. We have prebuilt three flows that automatically create a Slack channel and add key stakeholders to the Slack channel when a recruitment requisition record is created. The flows can be customized to use with other Talent Recruitment Management objects, such as application form records.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector, formerly Public Sector Solutions, is enabled.
