# Improve Service Delivery with a Unified Constituent Profile for Benefit Management

Help benefit caseworkers make faster, more informed decisions by consolidating constituent benefits data in one view. Unified Constituent Profile surfaces Einstein-generated summaries, insights from Data 360, and priority alerts for open cases to help your staff identify urgent issues and deliver the right services at the right time.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector, formerly Public Sector Solutions, is active. Requires Public Sector - Service - Agentforce 1 Edition.

**Why:** Previously, benefit caseworkers toggled between multiple screens to understand a constituent's benefit history and open cases.

**How:** To turn on Unified Constituent Profile for Benefit Management, select **Salesforce Go** from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu. Then search for Unified Constituent Profile for Benefit Management.
