# Gain Faster Insights with Tableau Next Dashboards

Monitor your agency's licensing, permitting, and inspection operations with prebuilt Tableau Next dashboards powered by AI-driven analytics. Access Executive Summary, Account Insights, Department Summary, and Compliance Insights dashboards to help your agency make data-driven decisions faster with Tableau's native performance and advanced analytics capabilities.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Agentforce Public Sector, formerly Public Sector Solutions, is active. Requires Tableau Cloud provisioned with your Salesforce org.

**Why:** Agencies need faster access to licensing and permitting insights to monitor performance and identify trends. With Tableau Next dashboards, you get AI-powered analytics and advanced drill-down capabilities for licensing, permitting, and inspection (LPI) operations. These prebuilt dashboards enable executives to monitor agency-wide KPIs, department leaders to track staff efficiency and identify applications needing attention, compliance officers to analyze the impact of inspections and enforcement actions on violations, and investigators to access unified account insights for licensing, permitting, and inspection activities.

**How:** In Setup, enable Tableau Next for Public Sector from the Tableau Next setup page. Provision Tableau Cloud with your Salesforce org and assign the required licenses. Navigate to Setup, select **Intelligent Apps**, and then **Templates**, and search for PSS LPI App Template. Create the app to install prebuilt dashboards including Executive Summary, Account Insights, Department Summary, and Compliance Insights. Once installation completes, access your TabNext Workspace to view and customize the dashboards for your agency's reporting needs.
