# Give Grant Seekers Instant Answers with a Dedicated Support Agent

The Applicant and Grantee Support Agent draws from your uploaded PDF grant documents and Salesforce Knowledge articles to answer common grant seeker questions in real time. Instead of fielding repetitive eligibility and application questions, your grant management team can focus on higher-value work.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions for Nonprofit Cloud and Agentforce Public Sector customers with Grantmaking.

**Who:** To use this feature, customers need additional Public Sector and Grantmaking add-on licenses and a Data Cloud license.

**How:** Turn on the feature for your target audience in Grantmaking Settings, then create an agent from the Applicant and Grantee Support template in Agentforce Studio (1). For detailed requirements and setup, search for “Applicant and Grantee Support Agent” on Salesforce Help.
