# Streamline Administrative Tasks with the Enhanced Participant Management Agent

Boost case manager productivity by using Agentforce to automate documentation and follow-up tasks directly from your daily workspace. This update migrates the Participant Management agent to the new Agentforce Builder. The agent helps users log notes, create tasks, and manage benefits within Slack.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Professional, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Program Management is enabled.

**When:** The Participant Management agent template is available starting the week of June, 5, 2026.

**Who:**

- Admins with the Manage AI Agents and the Agent Platform Builder permission sets can use the template to build and activate new agents.
- Users with the Programs Assistive AI permission set can use the Program Management generative AI features.
- Users with the Create Referral permission can manage referrals.
- Users with the Interaction Summary permission set can manage interactions and interaction summaries.
- Users with the Advanced Program Management or the Education Cloud Full Access permission sets can use Program Management.
