# Automate Franchise Promotion Monitoring and Eliminate Manual Oversight

Monitor promotion changes across your franchise with automated event triggers. Automated triggers capture create, update, and delete events and send the modified promotion data to your downstream systems. This event-driven integration eliminates manual synchronization and provides consistent promotional strategies across locations.

**Where:** This change applies to Point of Sale.

**How:** In CMS, go to **Integrations | Custom Connectors** and configure the **Promotion Export** webhook.
