# Grow In-Store Sales by Supporting Online Order Exchanges

Process exchanges for Buy Online, Return In Store orders directly in the POS app. Previously, the system blocked adding new items to the cart for online returns. You can now help customers exchange online purchases for different items in person, keeping revenue in your stores and reducing return shipping costs.

**Where:** This change applies to Point of Sale.

**How:** In CMS, go to **Store Management | Return Policies Configuration**. Create or edit a policy and turn on **Exchanges Allowed for BORIS Orders**.
