# Streamline Global Blue Tax-Free Refunds and Stay Compliant in Italy

Activate Global Blue tax-free issuance in Italy and automatically generate sequential document numbers for Global Blue tax forms, ensuring compliance with fiscalization requirements for the tax-free flow. This update enables merchants in Italy to maintain the required consecutive numbering across all tax-free documents directly within the POS. Merchants can also track these documents through their entire lifecycle with records stored permanently on the associated order.

**Where:** This change applies to Point of Sale.

**How:** In CMS, go to **Integrations | Tax-Free Integrations**. Edit Global Blue and turn on **Generate Tax-Free Document Number**.
