# Customize In-Store Experiences with Customer 360 for Clienteling in Point of Sale

Configure Customer 360 in Point of Sale to give store associates a unified view of customer data from Commerce or Service. Select providers for individual modules, including customer profiles, wish lists, online carts, addresses, order history, and loyalty, to match your commerce architecture. With real-time access to cross-channel customer information in the POS app, associates can deliver personalized service and build stronger customer relationships.

**Where:** This change applies to Point of Sale.

**How:** In CMS, go to **Integrations | Customer 360 Configuration** and select your connector provider for each module: customer profile, wish list, online cart, address, order history, and loyalty.
