# Streamline In-Store Fulfillment with Enhanced BOPIS Flows

Optimize store operations by managing item cancellations directly within the packing workflow. Store associates can process full or partial item cancellations during packing, reprint identical packing slips, and release canceled order inventory back to stock by using the new unpack flow. The app also surfaces pickup deadlines so your team can prioritize expiring orders.

**Where:** This change applies to Point of Sale.

**How:** In CMS, edit an app config and go to **Modules | BOPIS / Store Fulfillment**. Turn on **BOPIS Item Level Cancelation** and **Enable Item Level Cancellations for BOPIS in Pack Flow**.
