# Enhance Your Partner Experience with Loyalty and PEM Components

Add Loyalty Management and Partner Ecosystem Management components to Partner Central sites. Give partners self-service access to loyalty program details, points, benefits, promotions, and transactions so that they can stay informed and engaged without contacting support.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales.

**Why:** Add these components to Partner Central sites based on the information that you want to share with your partners.

- **Loyalty Program Details:** Displays program information, including eligibility criteria, reward tiers, point accumulation rules, and redemption options.
- **Joint Business Plans Details:** Displays shared goals, revenue targets, milestones, and strategies for a joint business plan.
- **Partner Referral Welcome Container:** Provides a welcome experience, onboarding context, and next steps for partners who enter the site through a referral link.
- **Tile Menu Wrapper:** Arranges tile-based menu items with consistent layout, spacing, and styling.
- **Points Summary:** Displays a partner's current loyalty point balance in a visual summary.
- **Benefits Table:** Lists the benefits that partners can redeem with their points.
- **Active Promotions Catalogue:** Displays promotions that are currently available to partners.
- **Transaction Ledger:** Displays a partner's loyalty transaction history.

**How:** In Experience Builder, drag the Loyalty Management and Partner Ecosystem Management components that you want to use onto a site built with a Partner Central template. Configure the components for your loyalty and referral programs, and then publish the site.
