Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Sales.
Who: Channel Managers or Marketing Managers with Marketing Cloud Admin permission set can create and manage campaigns. Users with Send Distributed Marketing Messages permissions can view, personalise, and send distributed messages to customers.
How: On your Experience Cloud site, select the contacts you want to message and then select Send Distributed Message. Select a campaign, personalize your message, and send it to one or more recipients.
