Deliver seamless, collaborative customer journeys where different users can start, save, and resume the same Omniscript. Previously, Save for Later had limitations that often resulted in restrictions of its usage. In Summer '26, these limitations have been removed. You can now share Omniscript saved session records with the Sharing option. For example, an internal service representative can start an application on behalf of a customer and share a link with the customer to complete it. Similarly, a guest user can save their progress and resume it later as an authenticated user.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience, Experience Cloud sites, and all versions of Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions where Omnistudio is enabled.
Who: This feature is available to Omnistudio customers who use the standard runtime.
