Build Native Mobile Apps Faster with Mobile Procode Skills

Describe the app that you want in natural language, then build production-quality native iOS and Android apps on the Salesforce Mobile SDK and Agentforce SDK. Mobile Procode Skills are reusable AI agent capabilities that scaffold a new app, configure authentication, set up offline storage and sync, and add features such as biometric login and an Agentforce chat panel. Use the skills in AI coding environments such as Agentforce Vibes, Claude Code, and Cursor, so that you can focus on building features instead of wiring up infrastructure.

Where: This change applies to the Salesforce Mobile SDK in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Why: Mobile Skills give your AI agent the domain knowledge to build a Salesforce mobile app across its full lifecycle, from initial project setup through feature development. Each skill knows the correct project template, dependencies, and patterns, so that the generated code is production quality and yours to keep. The Mobile Skills library includes these capabilities.

  • Create a Mobile SDK app from scratch, or add Mobile SDK to an existing iOS or Android app.
  • Set up encrypted on-device storage with SmartStore and bidirectional sync with MobileSync.
  • Configure offline-first behavior, including cache policies and handling for network transitions, failed syncs, and dirty records.
  • Generate authentication and login flows, and add biometric authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, or Android biometrics.

How: The mobile-apps-create skills are part of the open-source forcedotcom/sf-skills repository and follow the open Agent Skills specification. In Agentforce Vibes, the skills are available out of the box. To add them to another AI coding environment, such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, or Codex, run this command:

npx skills add https://github.com/forcedotcom/sf-skills --skill mobile-apps-create

Then describe the app that you want to build. The mobile-apps-create skill is the primary entry point. It identifies your SDK family and platform, then routes your request to the sub-skill that does the work.
