Our latest round of new and improved Salesforce mobile app features makes it easier to access Salesforce on the go.
The Salesforce mobile app is available for all editions, except Database.com, without an additional license. Your org’s Salesforce edition and licenses, as well as a user’s assigned profile and permission sets, determines the Salesforce data and features that are available to each user.

- View Tableau Next Dashboards Anywhere on Mobile
Monitor Tableau Next dashboards from your mobile device to stay connected to data in the field or on the go. This update offers a responsive user interface that minimizes the need for a desktop while upholding existing enterprise security protocols. - Complete Tasks Directly from Custom Phone Notifications (Generally Available)
Improve user productivity by adding buttons to custom push notifications. With actionable notifications, users can react to business changes in real time without leaving their mobile device’s notification center or lock screen. For example, a user can accept a lead, approve a discount, or snooze a task for later, all with a single tap. - Customize Your Mobile App Home Page (Beta)
Give your users a fresh, personalized home page experience in the Salesforce Mobile App. While the old home page allowed for individual end-user customization, this new version grants you full administrative control to configure and manage the layout centrally. Your users can now see their most important information at a glance with cards for Pinned Reports, Recents, Favorites, My Calendar, Salesforce Events, and Tasks. - Customize Agentforce Mobile Experiences (Beta)
The Mobile Builder for Agentforce gives you a dedicated interface to customize layouts, format response displays, and optimize how users see Agentforce interactions. Configure the mobile experience one time, and all users see a consistent, professionally designed interface that aligns with your organization's needs. Configured responses are available in the Salesforce mobile app and external apps that use the Agentforce Mobile SDK. - Elevate In-Person Meetings with Mobile AI Transcription
Focus entirely on your client with secure, AI-powered mobile transcription that automatically captures and syncs confidential in-person meeting notes to Salesforce, eliminating tedious manual data entry. After your meeting, once your data is synced, Einstein Conversation Insights creates summaries and highlights important details like customer concerns or mentions of competitors. It also helps you stay organized by setting up follow-up tasks and personalizing your outreach. - Experience a Refreshed UI with Liquid Glass in the Salesforce Mobile App
Experience a modernized aesthetic with Apple’s Liquid Glass UI system, now integrated into the Salesforce mobile app for iOS 26 while maintaining seamless backward compatibility with iOS 18. This update ensures a cohesive visual identity through a redesigned app icon and a simplified navigation bar that preserves full functionality across all supported operating systems. Additionally, the search function is now conveniently located next to the bottom tab bar, and navigation branding has been optimized to support new large title formats. - Log In to the Salesforce Mobile App with Email by Default
Salesforce mobile app now defaults to email-based authentication to minimize login friction and decrease administrative overhead. By prioritizing email authentication, your login experience is more streamlined, letting you access your data faster. - Access React Apps Directly Within the Salesforce Mobile App (Beta)
React apps deployed on the platform are now automatically surfaced in the Salesforce mobile App Launcher, providing easy access to the same web apps available on desktop. - Use the Login for Admin Option in the Salesforce Mobile App for Secure Access
Meet new security requirements with ease using the Login for Admin option in the Salesforce mobile app. This new menu option enables phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication (MFA) by using advanced, browser-based authentication. When you log in as an admin, you can use passkeys: the fastest and most secure way to access your org. Simply enter your username, and the app prompts you to verify your identity with a passkey or password. - Capture Post-Meeting Insights with Voice Notes
Capture critical, post-meeting context on the go with Post-Meeting Voice Notes in the Salesforce mobile app. This feature allows you to record a quick voice note immediately after any meeting that wasn’t transcribed. Because it’s a single-user feature, there’s no need for verbal consent workflows. The app automatically attributes the audio to the logged-in user and handles transcription entirely on-device, syncing the text directly to Einstein Conversation Insights.
