Customize Agentforce Mobile Experiences (Beta)

The Mobile Builder for Agentforce gives you a dedicated interface to customize layouts, format response displays, and optimize how users see Agentforce interactions. Configure the mobile experience one time, and all users see a consistent, professionally designed interface that aligns with your organization's needs. Configured responses are available in the Salesforce mobile app and external apps that use the Agentforce Mobile SDK.

Where: This feature is available in the Salesforce mobile app in all editions and external apps that use the Agentforce Mobile SDK in all editions where Agentforce is enabled.

Note Mobile Builder for Agentforce is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

When: This functionality is available in July 2026.

How: In Setup, go to Salesforce mobile app and turn on Mobile Builder for Agentforce (Beta). Click Launch Builder to open the builder interface and customize how Agentforce responses appear on mobile devices, or use the default configuration.
