# Other Features

Learn about other changes that we made in Summer ’26.

**Where:** This change applies to all Marketing Cloud Engagement editions.

## Contact Builder Import Size Updated

To improve performance, we updated the Contact Builder File Import Wizard to support a maximum size of 6 MB when uploading via browser.

## Einstein Features No Longer Available in Some Markets

Marketing Cloud Einstein features reach end-of-life for customers in the Australia, Japan, and Canada Hyperforce regions. This change helps prioritize innovation within Marketing Cloud Advanced and Growth editions. To maintain continuity, you can choose to process data in the United States or European Union. Or you can move to Marketing Cloud Next to keep data in-region.

**When:** These features were retired on March 16, 2026.

**How:** To continue using all Einstein features with data processing in the United States or European Union, you can opt in to reactivate them after they’re disabled. Alternatively, contact your account executive to move to the Marketing Cloud Engagement + SKU or Marketing Cloud Next Advanced edition to maintain data-resident Einstein engagement scoring and frequency.

## Support is Being Retired for Some Security Ciphers

Salesforce is committed to protecting your data. We regularly review and improve our security practices to align with industry standards. Beginning with the Summer ’26 release, we will begin to retire support for some TLS cipher suites. When you interact with Marketing Cloud Engagement using a browser or by making API calls, make sure that you use a modern TLS implementation and cipher suite.

For the best security, use TLS 1.2 or later and implement a cipher suite that uses the SHA-256 or SHA-384 hash functions. The TLS version that you use determines which cipher suites you can use. To learn more about the TLS versions that your accounts support, contact your Account Executive.

## View Why Emails Aren't Sent with Enhanced Tracking Details

See why emails aren't sent, right in the Summary widget. Counts for duplicates, suppression list matches, and missing addresses help you spot and fix data issues, and improve campaign performance.

This change applies to Marketing Cloud Engagement Pro+, Corporate+, and Enterprise+ editions.
