# Marketing Cloud Account Engagement

Take advantage of next-gen features in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, including better email management, simplified consent syncing, and a new way to view engagement activity directly on Opportunity Records.

- **[Simplify Consent Management Between Marketing Products](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_mcae_consent.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Keep your customers' communication preferences consistent and compliant by syncing consent data between Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next. Start by mapping static public lists in Account Engagement to subscriptions in Marketing Cloud Next. When a customer’s preference changes in one product, their status in the other product updates automatically.
- **[Manage Email More Effectively](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_mcae_email.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Access new email capabilities in Marketing Cloud Next, including carbon copy (CC) recipients and archiving. Adding CC recipients helps you keep colleagues looped into business exchanges, while email archiving provides a more cost-effective way of keeping records of your sends.
- **[View Engagement Activity on Opportunity Records](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_mcae_dashboard.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Quickly access engagement data associated with a deal. Add a Unified Engagement History dashboard to the Opportunity record to visualize how contacts are interacting with your emails, forms, and page views.
- **[Sync All Campaign Members with One Click](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_mcae_refresh_campaign_member_sync.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Use the Refresh Sync button to quickly sync all prospects for all of your connected campaigns at the same time. Business units with fewer than 500,000 prospects and 2,500 connected campaigns can refresh the sync every 7 days.
- **[Disable Open and Click Tracking](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_mcae_tracking.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
To support evolving tracking and privacy regulations in the EU, you can now control whether email opens or clicks are tracked in the emails you send. Four email tracking settings are now available on the Account Engagement Settings page for each business unit. Choose whether to enable or disable tracking on opens, implied opens, links, or advanced metrics.
