Marketing Cloud Next

Marketing Cloud Next (also known as Agentforce Marketing) offers a number of updates in Summer ’26. Changes include Rich Communication Services (RCS) channel support, enhancements to business units, streamlined list-based email sends, and improved content and personalization tools. Plus, agent templates are now available in the Agentforce Builder to help your team identify buying groups, and create and execute campaigns.

  • Build and Grow Your Audience
Now it’s easier than ever to create signup forms for your marketing channels with an out-of-the-box flow template that offers a guided setup. Plus, marketers can now target specific people and bypass complex segment logic by creating actionable lists.
  • Skip the Wait When Sending Emails to Contact and Lead Lists
Send promotional, transactional, or relational emails to your Contact and Lead lists without the extra processing step it used to require. Previously, sending emails from lists required creating a Data 360 segment, which introduced delays and occasional failed sends. The redesigned List Sends experience also brings the initial message configuration and audience selection steps into a single page. Design your message without clicking through separate pages or losing your place.
  • Create and Design Content with Ease
Get more control over how your marketing content looks, reads, and reaches global audiences. Strengthen brand consistency with custom web fonts, go multilingual with content variants, and tap into live Salesforce data for deeper personalization. Plus, capture web tracking consent with customizable banners in Salesforce CMS and expand your reach with plain text email support.
  • Build and Manage Effective Campaigns
Improve campaign performance and team productivity with AI-driven automation, collaborative Slack integration, and enhanced messaging. Accelerate workflows by using new Agentforce templates and flow templates, and increase subscriber engagement with branded virtual contact cards and rich MMS messages.
  • Elevate Your Messaging with Rich Communication Services
Add Rich Communication Services (RCS) to your multichannel marketing strategy to deliver interactive, branded mobile experiences to your customers. After you configure RCS and verify your sender identities, marketers can use the RCS Message content type in Salesforce CMS to build high-engagement messages featuring text, media, rich cards, and interactive suggestions.
  • Align Marketing and Sales Teams
Identify buying groups and nurture opportunities with the new Agentforce Account Nurturing Agent. Maintain tone, voice, and brand consistency with enhancements to Distributed Marketing and Alerts. Plus, sales users can use the new Distributed Marketing Agent to find the right email templates and get engagement insights on distributed messages.
  • View Marketing Engagement on Opportunity Records
Monitor how contacts who are related to an opportunity have interacted with your marketing campaign assets—directly from the opportunity record. Sales reps can use this Unified Engagement History dashboard to visualize data related to emails, forms, and page views.
  • Drive Sales with Automated Marketing Tools
Boost conversions by using custom-built marketing triggers for key user behaviors and events. In India, you can further drive results by sending integrated payment links directly within WhatsApp chats. You can also include promotional offers directly in your email content.
  • Scale and Manage Your Marketing Operations
Marketing admins can now manage a growing business and marketers can make content from one business unit available to others with these updates that we’re releasing for Summer ’26.
  • Expand Email Personalization with Marketing Objects, AMPscript Language Support, and New Scripting Helpers
Store marketing data in high-throughput Marketing Objects. Personalize messages by using AMPscript and Handlebars to retrieve recipient data and include reusable content programmatically. Validate your code directly in the visual editor, which identifies syntax errors and provides immediate suggestions for fixes.

  • Analyze B2B Marketing Impact with Ready-to-Use Dashboards
B2B Analytics for Marketers brings account, opportunity, campaign, engagement, and attribution data into Tableau Next dashboards. Marketing teams can review account-based marketing performance, pipeline influence, campaign return, deal velocity, and attribution from one analytics experience. Use the dashboards to understand which marketing programs support pipeline and revenue, then apply those insights to planning, budgeting, and strategy.
