Agentforce Vibes now includes a built-in Salesforce skill that helps you generate custom Lightning type metadata faster. It can draft your schema.json and, when you need custom behavior, generate editor.json and renderer.json files for your Lightning web components. This reduces manual setup and helps you configure custom editors and renderers more consistently.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
When: This feature is available starting the week of June 8, 2026.
How: Open the Agentforce Vibes panel and enter a natural language prompt to generate
metadata. For example: “Generate a custom Lightning type schema for a hotel booking system with
an editor override.” Agentforce Vibes automatically loads the
platform-custom-lightning-type-generate skill and builds your bundle.
