Schedule, assign, and manage home visits using Home Health. View patient details alongside clinician availability, skills, and territory on the Dispatcher Console or Account record page to assign visits. Broadcast unassigned visits to available clinicians, and manage recurring and need-based visit schedules. Clinicians can view patient details on the Patient Card, and caregivers can request changes to visits through a self-service portal.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud Starter, the Home Health add-on, the Home Health Field User add-on, and the Health Cloud for Community add-on licenses.
How: From Setup, find and select Life Sciences, then select Home Health, and complete the guided setup steps.
