# Provide Users with a Consistent Medical Insights Experience on Web and Mobile

Give sales reps faster access to contextual insights by enabling a Medical Insights feed tab in the Life Sciences Commercial web app through a custom UI, bringing the same structured view to both the platforms. Group related insights in a parent-child hierarchy in the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app. Link goal assignments to a parent medical insight record and use the goal definition you created to populate goal definitions.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license, the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, the Agentforce for LifeSciences Cloud add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** In Insight Settings within the Admin Console, enable the custom tab and set the Medical Insights Feed tab as the default for the appropriate profile. Assign the Life Sciences Field Sales Representative or Life Sciences Field Medical permission set to users, and create an object metadata cache configuration for GoalAssignment and GoalDefinition. In the Medical Insight page layout, include the Child Medical Insight related list and generate the metadata cache.
