# Track Provider Engagement Compliance More Efficiently with Automated Updates

Identify an account's compliance cycle status, such as Due Soon, using color-coded indicators. Sales reps can now create a visit for a cycle with just a few clicks. Salesforce automatically marks a cycle as complete when sales reps sumbit their finding for the associated visit. To maintain accurate compliance records, reps can provide a reason when they skip a cycle. Based on template configuration, Salesforce automatically deletes or recreates cycles when sales reps stop or restarts a compliance.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** Configure compliance templates and care programs for Salesforce to automatically generate and associate cycles with the appropriate accounts and field territories. In a compliance template, define restart behaviors of cycles during interruptions.
