# Turn Account Data into Visit-Ready Briefings

Help your users prepare for scheduled healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) visits by providing them with intelligent, personalized account insights. Configure Account Summarization to aggregate key account data with scheduled visits so that Briefings can create curated, contextual audio segments including visit history, prescribing trends, and key talking points. Users can access these briefings as podcasts through the Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app’s built-in audio player.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license, the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, the Agentforce for LifeSciences Cloud add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud Mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**How:** From Setup, use the Life Sciences for Customer Engagement Setup flow to configure Briefings.
