Display Signature Disclaimers Based on a Healthcare Professional’s Country and Language

Maintain regulatory compliance by dynamically displaying the correct signature disclaimers based on a healthcare professional’s (HCP) attributes, such as country and language. Field reps can present country-specific and language-appropriate legal statements during sample disbursements, even when working across borders and in multilingual regions. Disclaimer records are automatically filtered by using account or account–territory attributes, maintaining consistency with Consent Management and Medical Inquiry workflows.

• Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
• Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

How: In the Admin Console, go to Consent Management and configure the Disclaimer Filtering Fields to specify the Account or Account Territory fields used for matching. Then, update the Filter Attribute Values on your Compliance Statement Definition records to correspond with the HCP’s country and language codes.
