Simplify data capture during visits with filtered picklist values on the provider visit object, provider visit product discussion object, and custom objects. When field users select a value in a controlling field on the Visit Engagement page, dependent picklist fields show only the mapped values. Field users see only relevant options and can log visit details more efficiently with fewer data entry errors.
Where: This change is available in:
- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).
