# Log Engagements More Accurately with Automated Healthcare Organization Capture

Automatically capture and associate the healthcare organization (HCO) where a healthcare professional (HCP) interaction occurs to improve data integrity. When a field rep selects an HCP and a visit address, the app recommends the corresponding HCO based on contact point address matching. For locations with multiple affiliated organizations, users can select the correct department from a filtered dropdown. Child visits inherit these associations to maintain consistency across group engagements.

**Where:** This feature is available in:

- Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Life Sciences Cloud license and the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement add-on license, and where the Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement managed package is installed.
- Life Sciences Cloud mobile app for iOS (iPad only).

**Who:** Users need the Life Sciences Cloud Commercial Admin, Field Sales Rep, KAM, or MSL permission set.

**How:** In the Admin Console, go to Visit Administration and enable the **Associate the HCO based on the HCP visit address** feature. Field reps can then see the suggested HCO when logging a visit or select an alternative organization from the Associated Account field.
