Maintain therapy sequences and prevent unplanned deviations in patient care by restricting users from creating ad hoc tasks during work order step progression.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions of Salesforce provisioned with the Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud license.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Care Program Enrollees. Open a care program enrollee record, and then from the gear icon, click Edit Page. In Lightning App Builder, select the Work Order Step Progression component and select Disable ad hoc task creation.
