# Track Loyalty Promotion Effectiveness with Interactive Tableau Next Dashboards

Evaluate promotion effectiveness, member participation, and financial liabilities by using the new in-app and embedded Tableau Next dashboards. While these dashboards were previously available in CRM Analytics, they are now delivered through Tableau Next to improve scalability and provide expanded functionality.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Loyalty Management.

**Why:** Loyalty Management now provides the in-app Promotion Performance Dashboard. Use it to evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and financial liabilities. If necessary, filter performance views by program name, promotion name, and duration to isolate specific datasets.

Loyalty Management provides these embedded dashboards:

- Promotion Performance Left Embedded: Evaluate promotional product sales impact and engagement by tracking key performance metrics. Use the Product Leaderboard to compare individual products across revenue generated, transaction counts, and participant breakdowns.
- Promotion Performance Right Embedded: Track a promotion’s performance, duration, and financial liability. Toggle views to analyze the performance by revenue, transaction, and order metrics.
