# Monitor Loyalty Program Performance Using Tableau Next Dashboards

Provide your loyalty program managers with actionable insights to help them increase memberships and improve program processes. Program managers can now track critical metrics, such as point balances and revenue, by using the Tableau Next agentic analytics solution. While these capabilities were previously available in CRM Analytics, they are now delivered through Tableau Next to improve scalability and provide expanded functionality.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Loyalty Management.
